Jaymie Forrest serves as President & CEO of Activ Technologies. In 2012 co-founded the Logistics Council for The Republic of Panama. For 15 years she was the Principal of Neogistics, LLC developing the Coca-Cola bottlers logistics infrastructure in 35 countries. Other noteable projects managing operations at Insight.com where they co-development with FedEx the first track and trace system, built a multimodal global strategic freight optimization system for MSAS Global now Excel Logistics, the largest field service automation system for PG&E, and development of one of the first industry-wide consortium marketplace eCommerce platforms, Liasion Technologies that was just acquired by OpenText. VP of Marketing for ILOG bought by IBM Supply Chain Solutions and officer of CAPS Logistics sold to Baan and now owned by Infor. Currently CEO of Activ Technologies, just named one of the top 20 most promising supply chain solutions providers for 2019 by CIOReview. Thomas “Tom” Valentine is President of Valentine Solutions LLC.  Unique in the world of logistics, as Valentine Solutions represents over 15 different companies providing a broad scope of solutions to address challenges in Supply Chain, Freight Management, Warehousing & Distribution. Tom has been in the logistics field since 2001.  Started out with a successful 3PL as Director of Corporate Sales which was sold to Private Equity in 2009.  Then founded his company in 2010.  Prior to logistics, Tom had a successful corporate career in the Semiconductor Distribution market working for Marshall Industries from field sales in 1987 to branch management in 1999 when it was sold for over $1B.  Via Marshall he learned to be customer-centric by learning the core principles of Dr. Edward Deming. Recently Tom was the recipient of the 2018 President’s Award from the PPC (Petroleum Packaging Council) and asked to participate in “The 2018 Gold Circle” Leaders in Entrepreneurship at Kennesaw State University.  He is former Co-Chair of the Atlanta WERC (Warehousing Educational Research Council) and remains on the Advisory Board today.  He is active in numerous trade associations both locally in Atlanta as well as nationwide.  He has appeared on “The Shrimp Tank” as well as “Supply Chain Now Radio”. Tom was born in Alliance Ohio.  Earned his degree in Marketing with a minor in Computer Science from West Liberty State University, WV where he also played football.  Tom is blessed to be married to Debora as they are recently empty nesters and have two sons Zac (32) & Victor (19).  Tom & Debora along with Romeo (dog) & Rocco (cat) reside in Alpharetta, Georgia.  He enjoys all sports, loves to golf, hunt & fish and this past year took up coaching 6th Grade QB’s in which their team went to the GA State Championship.  His passion is helping others, and lives by his 5 F’s.
